Home Remedies For High Blood Pressure

Hypertension, or as it is commonly known, is considered the silent killer. The physical pressures caused by the faster pace of life and the increasingly industrialized and urbanized environment have an impact on elevated blood pressure. Most young people have blood pressure around 120/80. It usually increases with age and can reach 160/90.

Home remedies for high blood pressure:

 Garlic: Garlic is thought to help treat high blood pressure. Relieves spasm in small arteries. It slows the pulse, alters the heart rhythm, reduces dizziness, numbness and gas. Consuming raw cloves daily gives remarkable results.


Lemons: A rich source of vitamin P, which helps prevent the breakdown of capillaries. Grapefruit is also rich in vitamin P, which helps strengthen arteries. Both help control high blood pressure.

Vegetable juices: Raw vegetable juices, especially carrot and spinach juices, combined or taken separately, can also help treat high blood pressure. Combine 300ml of carrot juice and 200ml of spinach juice daily.


Potatoes: Boiled potatoes play an important role in lowering blood pressure. Potatoes are rich in potassium and magnesium, which are found in vegetables and have the effect of lowering blood pressure.


Watermelon: Watermelon seeds play an important role to lower blood pressure. It should be dried and roasted and eaten in plenty.


Parsley: Parsley has been found to help treat high blood pressure. Contains ingredients that help maintain blood vessels. Keep your arterial system healthy. Gently add 20 grams of fresh parsley leaves to 250 ml of water for a few minutes. You can drink this several times a day.
