Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is rich in phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper, fluoride and sodium. It is also rich in vitamins such as A, B1, B2, C, E, pectin and bioflavonoids. Your skin, hair, home, and even pets can benefit from its properties. The most common uses of apple cider vinegar are. 



1. Detox your home

 Using apple cider vinegar instead of using other chemicals in your home can help reduce your intake and dependence on unnatural chemicals in your home and everyday life.
2. Shiny hair

 Apple cider vinegar can be used as a post-shampoo hair conditioner to add body and shine. It is also effective against dandruff. 3. Regulates skin pH

 Apple cider vinegar not only tightens the skin but also helps remove acne scars, blemishes and warts.
