Dark armpits often embarrass women to wear sleeveless blouses and shirts. This is caused by several reasons. Excessive skin friction from tight shirts or blouses, regular use of depilatory creams, poor underarm ventilation, excessive sweating, use of strong perfumes, dead cell build-up, blunt razor blades, etc.
Here, we list five of the best home remedies for dark underarms.

*Baking soda is the most effective remedy for dark underarms and lightens underarm skin. Add water to make a thick paste of baking soda. Rub your armpits with this paste regularly. *Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and cucumber juice to a pinch of turmeric powder to form a paste. Apply it on your underarms and leave it on for 30 minutes, then wash it off with water.
