How to get flat tummy

To get a flat stomach, you must have a desirable diet. Avoid junk foods that are high in cholesterol, fatty acids, and saturated fat. Additionally, consume good quality protein foods and fat burners like grapes, oats, and ragi malt to help you lose weight. Ragi malt is effective in strengthening bones. Eating junk food makes your body misshapen and makes you look ugly. To overcome these problems, follow our recommended diet.

        1 WEEK DIET PLAN:

  • Day 1 – Exercise is good for you and helps build and shape your body, so drink green tea early in the morning after your own workout (depending on your interests). Start your breakfast with two types of protein, a glass of milk, and some brown bread (recommended) and avoid fatty foods. Drink grapes or juice every 3 hours during the break between breakfast and lunch (avoid bananas). Lunch includes spinach salad and oatmeal. In the evening, we have oatmeal cookies and vegetable salad as a snack (if you're hungry). Dinner includes fruits (grapes, apples, pomegranates) and dates. If you're hungry, have a plain roti with pickled ginger.



  • Day 2 – Start the day with green tea and he drinks 3 egg whites (his fluid intake should be high throughout the day). After you finish breakfast, eat grapes often. For lunch I eat spinach salad and oatmeal, and for dinner I eat only fruit. Drink lemon juice at the end of the day and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day.

  • Day 3 – Start your day with green tea and preferably have some brown bread for breakfast. Snack on oatmeal cookies and watermelon (if you're hungry). Drink lemon juice in the afternoon, grapes or watermelon for lunch (eat oatmeal cookies as a snack between lunch and dinner, then take a break). In the evening, I have spinach salad and RAGI MALT for dinner.

  • Day 4 – From day 3 onwards, you will notice significant changes in your body. Even if you feel like you're losing weight, you can't stop dieting. On the fourth day, have green tea and oatmeal (upma) for breakfast. Consume orange juice or other oranges to relieve hunger. For lunch I eat a vegetable salad (tomatoes, beets, carrots, etc.) and only grapes. For dinner in the evening, have fruit juice and plenty of water, plain roti and pickled ginger, and if you're hungry, have a banana. 


  •  Day 5 - Consume green tea and ragi malt regularly for breakfast and plenty of watermelon and cantaloupe on the fifth day (although it is preferable to consume watermelon and cantaloupe for the entire fifth day; It's completely up to you). I recommend drinking roti with dal for lunch and consuming lots of water these days. Finally, there is lemon juice and black bread in the evening.
  • Day 6 – Drink green tea every day and eat a vegetable salad on wheat bread for breakfast. Drink lots of fruit juice and water. This is an important day when you need to consume more water and fruits. Observe if your body is doing well and accepting this diet. Drink vegetable soup before lunch, and if you feel weak after eating, eat oatmeal and spinach salad for lunch). Consume oatmeal cookies and plenty of water frequently.



Day 7 – Start the day with a breakfast of green tea, toast and milk with honey. Drink water and fruit juices frequently at short intervals. After lunch, we have a vegetable salad and roti with ginger pickle. At the end of the week, prepare special sanitary foods (pasta, vegetable brown rice, etc.). 



 Note: 
 To improve hygiene, it is absolutely advisable to exercise (or) train. If you are worried about obesity, follow the above diet and stay healthy even if you break this eating plan. It is mandatory and you should consume more water and fruit juices (high in water content) every day.
