How to loose weight

Trying to  get rid of a bloated stomach? Most people suffer from this problem. When your stomach stretches, you feel discomfort. There are many ways to combat swelling. To relieve bloating, try the following:


Try these to get rid of bloating tummy:


Foods rich in potassium:

 This helps regulate fluid levels in the body and prevents bloating. Potassium is found in large amounts in bananas, mangoes, spinach, tomatoes, nuts, etc. These flush out excess water from your body and relieve bloating. 

Please note the habits:
Habits that cause you to swallow too much air include: B. Chewing gum, drinking juice through a straw, talking while eating, and smoking.

 Starchy foods: 
 Starchy foods such as macaroni, pasta, pasta, and bread can cause stomach bloating. Avoid these starchy foods before bed. .

Soda:
Drinks contaminated with soda, such as soft drinks, should be avoided as the bubbles they contain can cause bloating

Physical activity:
Be active for at least 15-20 minutes a day. This makes it easier for food to move through the digestive tract and causes sweating as fluid is released. One should sleep atleast 8hrs in night. If you are unable to sleep 8 hrs daily this can result in weight gain. Avoid foods that cause bloating.


Eliminate gas provoking foods:
It is very important to get rid of a bulging stomach. Avoid carbonated foods, chewing gum, sugar, and alcohol. These cause bloating problems.

Avoid spicy foods:
Avoid spicy foods as they can cause bloating and stomach irritation. Spicy foods to avoid if you are suffering from bloating include black pepper, onions, mustard, chili powder, radish, garlic, and vinegar.


Add pressure to the stomach.
To remove gas, massage your stomach toward your gastrointestinal tract. Press up and down with your fingers near the colon on your right hip.


Chew your food thoroughly:
Chew your food 32 times. Eating too quickly can cause your stomach to bloat. Undigested food enters the large intestine and can be killed by bacteria that release gas in the process.
